Unspecified Error in VS .NET 2003 SCC

I got 'Unspecified Error' message by simply doing this
- open VS .NET 200
- go to Tools/Option/Source Contro
- click on SCC provide

Environment
- VS .net 2002 & VS .net 2003 both installe
- OS: MS 2000 Professiona
- VSS 6.0d SP

Is there any patch around I am not aware of

Run ssint.exe (should be in your vss directory). If this doesn't fix the
problem, you probably need to call Microsoft Product Support.

We ran SSINT.exe and nothing changed. Do you have any reference, contact or e-mail that might be helpful in solving this issue?

Well, apart from re-installing everything (you have the latest version of
VSS), I guess you'll have to contact Microsoft Product Support:
