What is the best way to backup the SourceSafe database?
Currently, the databases located on my file server which I
am backing up daily full backup. However, once a week I am
running the Visual SourceSafe Admin using the archive
option (locally - the SourceSafe admin is installed on the
file server and run locally) and for 1.2 GB database it
takes almost 2.5 hours! Is it normal? The file size after
archiving is about 400 - 450 MB.

Thanks in advanced,

Tal

There may be the better and faster method, but I think NT backup is fast and
easy enough for me.
