Hi

I have a problem when Check-In / Check-Out / Get Latest From Remote
Locations with VS and VS.net. It seems to take ages, upto 20 minutes to
update very small projects.

It is not a bandwidth issue, since there is loads of free bandwidth
available. Anyone??

Are you sure there's loads of bandwidth available? VSS is notorious for
needing lots of bandwidth. Are you running anti-virus programs which might
slow down the process?
