I am using Visual Studio .NET 2003 and have VSS
installed.  I was able to get to the File/OPen from
Source Control option when I orginally install the
system.  I need to install PVCS for a legacy system that
uses this product for source control.  Since I did this,
I no longer have the options under source control (they
are all greyed out and do not show the "Open from Souce
Control" Option.

I have tried; Reinstalling VSS, Reinstalling VS2003,
Reinstall both.  I have gone into the Options and made
sure my Source Control is set to VSS. None of this has
changed anything.

I can log onto the VSS and checkout the project, but when
I try to open the project with VS2003, it tells me that
the project that is under source control but it can't
find a file (that is in the directory)

Question;

How do I get VSS to be available?

Can you try running SSINT.EXE from the win32 folder of your SourceSafe
installation directory?
