I'm replacing my old PC with a new one.  I need to install SourceSafe and
gain access to my projects through the new PC.  The NT username and password
will be the same on the new PC.  Does anyone know of an article that
instructs on how to do this?  Or have any suggestions on the easiest way to
manage this?

Unfortunetely, I don't think this article has what we need.  The VSS projects
are stored on a server and the new PC is just a new client pointing to the
original files.
