I have installed Visual Studio 2005 (Team Edition for Software Developers)
and Visual Sourcesafe 2005 on my PC and setup Microsoft Visual Sourcesafe to
be the source control plugin via the Options, however the menu "Open from
Source Control..." is missing from the Source Control menu (on the File
menu). Would greatly appreciate it if anyone could tell me how to make this
menu available.

Note that the menu File/Source Control does exist with one menu on it which
is "Launch Microsoft Visual Sourcesafe".
