hi!!    (sorry about my english)

well, the problem is:

it's possible to leave my SourceSafe Database on a
Virtual Directory in internet ?

i tried to do that... but the Visual Studio
can not load the source control file:
http://[server]/[virtualDirectory]/srcsafe.ini

- if someone know how to share a Source Safe Database in
the internet,
please, help me! any link, article, anything will be
great!

OR

- the CVS (or other source code manager) can solve this
problem???

VSS uses normal network file access, not internet-based file access.

A number of solutions are available to use your VSS database over the
internet. Have a look at these add-on products:

VssConnect (http://www.voxcode.com)
SourceOffSite (www.sourcegear.com)
Sekonden SourceWeb (http://sourceweb.sekonden.se/SekondenITAB.htm)
VSS.net (http://www.dmbcllc.com/products.htm)
SourceAnywhere (http://www.dynamsoft.com/SAWPro_TryIt.html)
