List all user updates

Is there a way to get a get a list of all the updates a user has made to
a project?

Found out I can do a Show History on the project. If you don't see a
dialog, you hold the Shift key down and a dialog appears that lets you
add a user name to restrict the search to.

You can also change whether the dialogs appear by default in the options
dialog.
