Error while installing Visual Studio 2005 Professional

I am trying to install Visual Studio 2005 professional and got the below
error in the statup and Exit the setup.
Error "Suite integration toolkit executable has encountered a problem and
needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvienience"

I am installing it on the fresh pc.

I am trying to install the Visual Studio 2005 on Windows XP but get the
following error.
Error "Suite integration toolkit executable has encountered a problem and
needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvienience"

I have tried to install same setup on Win Advance server with SP4 and Win
2003 with sp1 and with surprise its working , atlease cross the error
location.

But could not install on the XP.

Help me.
