NET 2002 Service Pack 1 Hangs on Install

Win 2000 sp4 w/all security updates applied.

I have attempted a several times to get the SP to install on a rather fresh
installation of Net 2002, it appears to be hanging on an unseen EULA dialog
box that only appears once I cancel the installation process via the task
manager.

Is there anything I can do to get past this hang, and have the SP install as
intended ?

In addition to this, when I attempt to file a support request I am greeted
with the following:

"The product ID did not match the product selected

The product ID number you entered is for , which is different than Microsoft
Visual Studio .NET 2002 Enterprise Developer that you selected for support.
Please enter the product ID number for Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2002
Enterprise Developer or click Select Product to select the correct product."

There is NO exact PID for VSED available on the About/Info screen for this
product. I used the number displayed with the VC++/VB/VC# items (all the
same), but to no avail...

Suggestions on this will also be appreciated.
