Team Foundation Server setup error

I have gotten through all of the prerequisite setups for Team foundation
server. Now I am finally installing Team foundation server. I am running
locally from the server. I cannot find one file during the setup.

atdt\program files\tfs\web services\workitemtracking\bin\ is the folder
trail and the file is
microsoft.TeamFoundation.WorkItemTracking.Server.Dataaccesslayer.dll...

I checked the directory. It is physically not there. Is there a place I can
download the file or do I need to download the ISO from MSDN all over again?

There was a problem with the ISO. The file was actually there but it was not
properly named. This same issue happened on three other files in the ISO.
This has been solved for me.
