Using VS6 with Windows 2003 Server problem

Hi
I'm using Visual Studio 6 Sp5 with windows 2003 standandar edition, using
visual interdev to open a project on another server i haven't problem, but
when i try to make a debug to create local project on server i can't create
nothing, my project isn't  create on IIS.
Can help Please.
There are some compatibility problem between VS6 and windows 2003?
