After i try to install Microsoft Visual Studio, i get past the part where it
asks which folder to install into, then i get some wacko error:

16 BIT WINDOWS SUBSYSTEM

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running
MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications.  Choose "close" to terminate the
application.

any ideas what-so-ever, just PLEASE reply. thank you!!! =-)

There are a number of KB and other articles about this error:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/156687

Do a Google for "autoexec.nt".
