Unable to install VS 2005 CTP (3/3/05)

Setup fails with Error 1935, HRESULT: 0x80070094. This occurs during  
"Executing action HxMerge Hx." SQL Server 2005 is not installed. OS is
Windows XP SP2. Message refers to Microsoft.VC.ATL. Have tried clean boot to
no avail.

Herbert,

Can you provide me with the verbose log found in the %temp% folder?

Start > Run and type %temp% and then click Ok
Locate a text file beginning with vsmsilog.  Send that to me.

Thanks for responding, but somehow I was able to get it to install by
uninstalling everything and reinstalling.
