printer options

When I go into the options menu to set up the printer, if I set the font to
a fixed width font such as "courier 10cpi", then the printer will only print
out the first 4 lines of the file I'm trying to print out.  Why is this, and
how can I make it work with a fixed width font?

Not sure.  However, my first recommendation would be to check for a printer
driver update, and install it.
