VC++ 2003 only compiles as admin

When I install VC2003 it works fine as admin, but when I switch to my
personal account, I can't run the compiler.

It doesn't work as power-user but does work when I give myself
admin-privileges.

Which privileges should I give myself to be able to get it working?
