Trying to install VS Studio 2005 Arch.

Error Message says it can find file DELETETEMP.EXE.

Found a file named DELETETE.EXE in setup directory, changed name and I
know get to the setup start page.

Howeverl, when begin step #1, "Install Visual Studio", I get another
error message --> A problem has been encountered loading setup
components.  Cancelling setup".

Any ideas?

Try cleaning out the entire temp directory, and the internet cache.  Also
make sure that you have enough room on the system drive before installing.
You will need more than a gig of space for temporary files, and system
files being copied.
