We uninstalled a plugin (Resharper) and now VS.NET (2003) is not working.
Trying to create a new ASP.NET Web application, VS.NET says "The operation
could not be completed".
Trying to use a wizard, for instance New Web Form, VS.NET says:
"Could not run the 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET
2003\VC#\CSharpProjectItems\WebProjectItems\UI\..\..\CSharpAddWebFormWiz.vsz
' wizard."
The file IS there. We've tried just about everything. Repair VS.NET,
Uninstall VS.NET, Reinstall VS.NET, Uninstall VS.NET, Delete the registry
key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\VisualStudio and delete the C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 directory, reinstall VS.NET. We also
tried http://www.petedavis.net/dotnet_articles/wizardfix.html. Nothing
works. How can we fix the problem?

Problem solved. It seems spyware can do this to VS.NET.
