Hello,
I have conflicting information on this and cannot find a list of part
numbers on Microsoft's site.
Can I upgrade VStudio 97 Pro with MS Visual Studio .NET Pro 2003
Upgrade, p/n 659-01134?
If not, can someone provide the part number for this upgrade (or a
competitive upgrade?)
Thank you.

Visual Studio 97 is a qualifying product for the Visual Studio .Net 2003
Professional Upgrade.  It is not a qualifying product for the Visual Studio
.Net 2003 Special Upgrade.
