I'm hoping someone out there has had this problem before and found out to fix it.

What's happened is that my Dynamic Help window has disappeared for the most part.  If I go to Help-->Dynamic Help, the window will load but it will ONLY show if it's in document tab mode.  If it's floating or dockable the window disappears and is nowhere on screen--neither floating or docked.  When I first installed Vstudio, it was fine.  It was only after fooling around with docking windows to the side and other customizations that it decided to disappear.  The only way to get it to show on-screen is to click on Dynamic Help, go to Window, uncheck dockable/floating and it'll appear on the row of document tabs.

Does ANYONE have any suggestions other than reinstalling the whole thing?  That seems like too big a burden unless there's a simpler way.  Thanks in advance!

That can certainly be frustrating when a window disappears without a trace!
One possible solution might be to reset all of your windows to their default
positions.  To do this, go to Tools | Options | Environment | General |
Reset Window Layout.

Let me know if this works for you.  Good luck!
