I have a brand new V.Studio package that has already been activated by me,

Your best bet is to contact Microsoft Product Support on this issue.

Thanks. You are correct.

I found the following phone # on the net, and they (Microsoft) just asked me
for a couple of numbers from the manuals ( as proof I had the full actual
product, I guess ) and now a complete set of new CDs is on the way!
Incredibly easy & hassle free!
