How can I set the default editor pane width in VS 6.0 ?

Hi,

The title says it all : I would like to set the default editor pane
width in VS 6.0 (VC++) so when I start a new editor pane they do not
waste so much room (all our code fits into 80 column displays or
pretty nearly).
