VS 2005 Community Preview Fails to Install

I am attempting to Install the 2005 Community Preview on
a fresh WinXp Sp1 Image, with nothing else installed. The
installation log shows the failure to be with the MDAC 9
installation process, any tips out there on what is going
wrong?
