Do I really need IIS and FrontPage or whatever to install
VS .NET?  Please help me...

If you want to create web applications and services you
need to have iis installed.  You will need to have your
operating system disk handy to install iis and front page
extensions.  Find the Webserver.htm on your setup disk in
the English\VS.Net2003\Setup folder and follow the
instructions.  Good luck to you.
