Hi,

is it possible to install Visual Interdev (VS 6.0) on a system where already
Visual Studio (with Visual Basic) is installed?
I need Visual Interdev from VS 6.0 but I need also VB5.
Or do I have to setup two different PCs?

Thanks for your advise.

Hi Roland,

Great Question!

In installing the Visual Studio 6.0 and Visual Studio 5.0 products on the
same machine can be a little tricky, because they both will install into
%programfiles%\Microsoft Visual Studio.

I would install the VS6 product into a seperate directory, so that it will
not overwrite VS5 files.

HTH.

Cheers,
