error while installing vs 6.0 help please!

I am getting the following errors while installing the VS
6.0 with even administator privileges

1)ODBC's SQLRemoveDriverManager failed(on the begining)
2)dblist32.ocx was unable to register itself in the system(in the end)
registry
3)comct32.ocx was unable to register itself in the system
registry.(in the end)
4)MSDATRep.ocx was unable to register itself in the system
registry.(in the end)
5)oledb32.dll.ocx was unable to register itself in the system
registry.(in the end)
6)Unable to install...

Does anybody help me out

Hi,

This is normally a problem with registry permissions.  You can download a
tool called Regmon from the http://www.sysinternals.com website to assist
with troubleshooting the permissions.
