Problems installing Visual Studio .NET PRO

Hi,
I am trying to install Visual Studio .NET Professional and not able to
install. I initually put the CD1 and it askes me to put the Prerequisites,
when I put the prerequisites CD, it asks me to reboot the system as some
other component want windows to reboot. This process goes on forever..
Does anyone know the solution? I guess this is a known problem.
