Suppress Fatal Error dialog box in Visual Foxpro

In a compiled VFP8 application a fatal error may be
generated at runtime due to any number of factors. In my
case I saw this occur during a loss of network
connectivity while making an ODBC call.

Is there an environment setting to suppress the dialog box
and allow the application to die. I don't want the
prompt. I believe that this behaviour did not occur in
VFP version 5 but does in versions 6, 7 and 8.

Hi Larry,

I'm not sure what type of error you are referring - it would help to have
the exact text of the message. You'll have much more luck if you post this
question to a FoxPro newsgroup. Try microsoft.public.fox.programmer.exchange
on this same news server.
