what happened to server explorer and my toolbox

Installing Team Suite 2005 and I decided on a 'hunch' to pick
"Team Settings" or whatever it's called - instead of my tried and true
"Visual Basic" developer -  environment

But I never saw Server Explorer or the toolbox... so how do I get it back?
I read about a command prompt to reset the settings, which I tried more than
a dozen times, but no go...

This is a brand new XP install, and I would prefer not to start all over
again.
Is there a way to fix this seemingly 'broken' installation of Visual Studio
Team Suite 2005??

Tools->Import and Export Settings... Reset all settings, perhaps?

The option you describe "Reset All Settings"  is not even available in
Import and Export settings. -- Really strange.

And here's a question that's kind of off the subject but necessary:

What happened to the NewsGroups?
The main interface seems to have been taken away.
I usually go to my e-mail so that I can just click the link so I can go
directly to my answer - but It comes up blank --- The main page doesn't have
the usual interface.  It's a more generic interface for other countries...
what gives?
