Get rid of any remnants of the failed beta install, then download and
install the RTM free trial:

I get the same problem while trying to instal the Visual Studio proffesional
editon ( trial 90 days ). It fails always on the same point:
"Web authoring component"
I tried various intallations including the expess editions ( one by one )
the iso image ( using daemon and burn on disc ). I carried out tens of
propable solutions and nothing. Always the same at the same time. It is
getting very frustrating. Anybody knows of a solution please some help would
be greatly appreciated. By the way below I include my laptop specs and the
error log created. Thanks
