building with either framework 1.0 or 1.1 in vstudio 2002

I have vstudio 2002 installed (of course with framework 1.0)
1) What are the components I need to install to build my projects with v1.1
of the framework?
2) What project settings do I change to re-build using the 1.1 framework?
3) Can I still switch back to 1.0 for other projects? or if I have problems
with 1.1?

You have to install Visual Studio .NET 2003 in order to build projects
targetting .NET Framework 1.1.
You can have both version of Visual Studio and .NET Framework installed and
working side by side on your machine.
