Hi,
I downloaded VS 2008 Professional. Ran setup as administrator on Vista. The
installer loaded and offered the "Install Visual Studio 2008" option. Upon
running this, immediately the install fails with the message "Integration
Suite Tollkit executable has stopped working".

So I went back and downloaded the Team Developer version. Exactly same
problem.

Anyone have a solution to this? I had 2008 beta 2, which I uninstalled
before trying the above.

Thanks for any help.
George

Resolved this. Do not run it from the ISO mounted with VCD. Never had a
problem with this before, but had here. I copied the contents from the
mounted ISO to a directory on local drive and the installer ran fine.
