I moved the My Documents folder to another drive on our reports
server.  After doing this I am now unable to save changes to the
datasets in the reports.  I am able to save the changes to the layout
of the report.

I have changed the default "Projects and Solutions" folder within
Visual studio 2003 to point to the udpated directory, this did not
fix
the problem.

Win 2003 serever
SQL 2000
Visual Studio 2003.

Thanks

Kirby

I just came across this problem and saw your post. Looks like a bug in
Visual Studio / reporting plugin.

Seems to be work-around-able by making your dataset changes, then in
layout view make some small change to the layout, then save, and your
dataset changes should also be changed... Hope this helps.
