We have a c# project that we were testing and running in the trial version of
VS 2005. Now that we have installed the full version of VS 2005 we are trying
to load this previous project. Keep getting the error
"Project type is not supported" when openening up the .csproj file

We hve been using this VS installation to open up and edit c++ projects -
dont know if this is causing the problem?

Currently running ion MS 2003 server

Any assistance much appreciated

Did you make sure that you've installed the Visual Studio 2005 Service Pack
1 to the new installation? There are also some additional project types,
such as the Web Deployment Project that are add-ons to VS and not integrated
into it so you need to make sure those are installed as well.

Hope this helps,
