VS 2008 B2 Installation Failed. (installing MS Document Exp. 2008)

While installing VS 2008 B2 failed installation since it failed to install
the MS Doc. Exp. 2008 (in a new Ultimate Vista install). Looking into the
issue found that others had the same issue still no answer to the issue has
been provided. Looking for the "MS Document Explorer 2008" to install it on
it's own have not find any "free" download area since I don't have the MSDN
as of today. Else, can some one tell me about the issue and provide the
solution?
