Failed installation of VS2005 security update KB 937061

I have VS2005 installed on XP(sp2, fully updated). Microsoft Update wanted
to install the security update to Visual Studio 2005 (KB 937061) so I let
it. Somehow it failed and now it keeps asking me to re-install the
security update. Does anyone know how to reset the update installation so
it will either finish or tell me what the error is?

I too am experiencing problems with KB937061. In my case...

1) Windows Updated prompts to install KB937061
2) I clicked `Ok`
3) When the installation was completed, I rebooted the server
4) I've repeated steps 1-3 four times now

NOTES:
* Microsoft Update -> Install Updates -> lists KB937061
* Microsoft Update -> Update History -> lists four successful installs of
KB937061
* Add/Remove programs lists one successful install of KB937061
* If I try to remove KB937061 from add/remove programs, the following error
is displayed:

Some updates were not installed
The following updates were not installed:
Security Update for Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Service Pack 1 (KB937061)
