How can you find out what cals come with VS Professional (no subscription, no
TS addons).
I know the CD has Visio on it and I hear a rumor that you get a VSS cal.
Do you get a Team Foundation Server CAL.
Their was nothing I could find on the website.

Hi Chuck,

As far as I know, a pure Visual Studio Professional edition doesn't provide
much additional CALs as other Team edition provide. For normal developer
specific feature comparasion, you can refer to the following article

http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/vstudio/aa700921.aspx

Also, to confirm those license specific issue, I suggest you contact the
local Microsoft support call center:

http://support.microsoft.com/

Sincerely,

Note: The MSDN Managed Newsgroup support offering is for non-urgent issues
where an initial response from the community or a Microsoft Support
Engineer within 1 business day is acceptable. Please note that each follow
up response may take approximately 2 business days as the support
professional working with you may need further investigation to reach the
most efficient resolution. The offering is not appropriate for situations
that require urgent, real-time or phone-based interactions or complex
project analysis and dump analysis issues. Issues of this nature are best
handled working with a dedicated Microsoft Support Engineer by contacting
Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/support/default.aspx.

I didn't really feel like using a support call in order to decipher the
licensing.

Hi Chuck,

There are also call center that will help you on some simple questions
which are free of charge. You surely do not need to open a professional PSS
support incident.
