visual studion 2005 soution explorer add filter not in add menu

I created a consol project soulution from existing code. In the solution
explorer add menu it shows add folder instead of add filter, why? I really
want to add a filter instead of a folder.

Ideas?

I figured it out.

Select show all in the Project Menu and it changes to filters.
