Hello semedao,

From your description, you're encountering some problem when try opening a
visual C# project(developed under VS 2005) in the Visual Studio Oracs 2007
Jan CTP, correct?

So far based on my research, I haven't found some existing problem specific
to VS 2007, there are some former issues with VS 2003 and VS 2005 which are
caused by the certain project file(such as file name or path...).
Therefore, I think this problem is also likely project specific.  Have you
tried open other simple VS 2005 C# project(or other language projects) to
see whether the same problem remain?

In addition, the march CTP is also available now. If possible, you can also
test the same operation through the new CTP to see whether it ocurs.
