Sujet: Impossible to create a Visual C++ Win32 smart device project

Hello
with Visual Studio 2005, I start creating a project File|New|Project
then I try to create a Visual C++|Smart Device|Win32 Smart Device
Project. When I enter the name of the project and click "Ok", the "New
Project" window closes, the state bar displays "Creating the project
'myprog'..." (not the exact words in English as I translate from the
French version), it immediately plays the "Windows Information Bar.wav"
sound (with no more information or window opening)then after 3/4
seconds, the state bar then displays "Creating the project 'myprog'...
Operation failed." and the "New Project" window is now reopened.
As I got no information about the failure, I can not even guess where
the problem come from.
Any body could help?
