What hotfix - if there is one, you'll find it on the MS downloads site.

Hi StarFleet Admiral Q,

The knowledge base for VB2003.NET mentions a hotfix but no link is
provided. Couldn't find it in the downloads. Hopefully someone from
MicroSoft can point me in the right direction.
