Im doing some reorganization and have a question about sharing. If I create
a new project in VSS and drag file fro a different project into the new one,
what will happen if I delete the files from the old project. Will all
histor remain intact in the new files?

Yes, it should. I've found that the best way to answer these types of
questions is to try them myself. Make a test project or two and give it a
try. Even a separate (local) database can be used if you don't want to
affect the regular VSS db.
