I have just joined a development team in which they don't Microsoft Visual Source Safe. I want to report back to my manager about the cost of licencing etc.

We will have one central VSS server with 3-4 VSS clients for our developers.

Is VSS included in the Visual Studio 2003 licence?

Any help or links regarding licencing and installation tips and issues would be appreciated,

AFAIK, VSS is included only with the two VS .NET Enterprise editions (VSEA
and VSED).
