I have 12 users who use Visual Studio .NET with Visual
SourceSafe. 2 users have had thier ss.ini files just
disappear but there doesnt seem to be any pattern to it.
Its not constant, maybe 6 times a month with regular
daily usage.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Blaine,

Never heard of this one. Back them up and maybe put some kind of monitoring
on the users directory to find out what process/user is deleting the files.
