No MSDN CD in VC#.NET Standard?

I have just installed VC#.NET Standard (part of the deluxe learning
edition). The installation asked for the MSDN CD but my package did not
contain that CD. The result is that my VC#.NET does not have any builtin
help
system. Did Microsoft release an incomplete installation package or is my
product missing a CD? How do I obtain the MSDN CD to install Help?
