Is it possible/how to skip the first dialog in setup bootstrap?

Hi,

I've created a setup project for an app in MS VS .Net 2003 with Windows
Installer Bootstrapper selected. When installing the app, I wonder if it is
possible to start the installation using setup.exe without beeing asked the
question to either start the installation or to quit the installation (the
first dialog that appears)? Can it be done in Orca or in another tool and how?

(I know that this behaviour is accomplished when I start the installation
using the msi file but I'd like to use setup.exe)

Regards,
Marko

Are you referring to the Welcome dialog with Next and Cancel? If so, just go
to the UI view in the Visual Studio Setup Project IDE and right-click
Welcome, then Delete.

No, not the Welcome dialog. I mean the dialog that says "To install app x,
click Ok. To quit the installation, click Cancel" (or something like that).
This dialog seems to be part of the setup.exe (bootstrap). It's not visible
in the IDE.
