Hi, I cannot seem to install the final version of VS2008 after uninstalling VS2008 Beta2. I removed all the components that are listed on http://www.microsoft.com/express/support/uninstall/default.aspx, but it did not help me. I also have VS2005 in the system. Do I need to uninstall VS2005 to install the final VS2008? Any other suggestions? I've looked for specific manual uninstall steps for VS 2008 (registry keys to remove, etc.), but it appears none have been published yet. Here's a real shot in the dark for you. As uninstalling the VS 2008 betas/RC is known to break parts of VS 2005, you could try reinstalling VS 2005, then installing VS 2008. I've successfully installed VS 2008 on two machines, one with previous VS 2008 betas, but no VS 2005, and one with VS 2005, but no previous VS 2008 betas. As I said, a real shot in the dark.
