Hi,

I am wondering if anyone can help me to get VSTS2008 Beta 2 to install on
this machine? On this almost brand new machine running XP Prof SP2 with 2G
RAM, which also has VS2003 & VSTS2005 installed on it, I am having problem
installing VSTS2008 Beta 2.

The machine also has .Net framework 3.

When the VSTS installation started after selecting all the components I
wanted, it began to install the .Net framework 3.5. The progress bar went 75%
and then stopped progressing any further.

I examine the dot net setup process in Process Explorer and it does not
seems to have any CPU activities.

Does anyone know how to over come this problem? I have even used Aaron's
framework clean up utility
(http://blogs.msdn.com/astebner/archive/2006/05/30/611355.aspx) to no avail.

Can someone help me?

Thanks.
