Adding file contents to a File System folder in a Setup Project

How can I add file contents to a File System folder in a Setup Project? Add >
Folder only allows you to create a new folder, Add > File... only allows you
to select files, not directories.

If you mean you want to say "add all the files in this folder to my setup",
Visual Studio doesn't have that feature.
