Have you checked to make sure your download is correct (SHA1, etc.) and have
you tried re-burning the ISO at 1x or 2x? It sounds like your DVD is bad,
and this was a common problem when the VS 2005 ISO was first available. If
your ISO is OK, then a slow burn will often do the trick.

Go back to the download page and get the equivalent of this (for the
Professional Edition):
SHA-1 Hash
466641a4c156f40b414dcf08b2177f2f0de1e050
Than find a utility to calculate the SHA-1 of your download and see if they
match.

i noticed that on my host machine i can access thru windows explorer the file
but when i try to access that shortcutCLRDbg.txt file inside my virtualpc it
says i can't access it.
